This  poster on the ceiling was created by Everest Brand Solutions of Mumbai, India and won a Bronze Award at Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival 2006 and a silver award for The One Show 2006.

It is titled “Graveyard” and it was for the Cancer Patients Aid Association.  The picture  shows the poster on the ceiling of a smoking room with smokers looking up at it.

Advertising is sometimes annoying, but when you stop to look through some of the awards, it made me think of  how creative you have to be to make someone really stop and take a look.
